Similar to the directions of the visible world there are four realms of human life namely physical mental, emotional and spiritual realms each one hold it’s own importance thereby adding value to life the sun rises in the east consider it as physical realm of life

The region sphere or domain within which anything occurs prevails or dominate is realm the biosphere is made of the parts of earth where life exists the biosphere extends from the deepest root systems of the trees to the dark environment of ocean trenches to lush rain and high mountains top is realm of life

The ten spiritual realms are hell , hungry spirits, animals, asuras, human beings, heavenly beings, voice hearers, cause awakened ones , bodhisattvas, and the buddhas the realm of souls is the reverted afterlife of the ancient nehekharans, it was believed that upon death the deceased soul would enter the realm of souls
