According to that astronauts work from morning to night

From 6 am to 9.30 at night

In these three times food , and 2.5 hours excersise are included

To tone muscles and fitness, excersises are essential

The way of eating food is also different of astronaut’s

They eat less moisture food

The food is made for them by freezing food items
