According to Hindu mythology, the concept of an “internet” as we know it today would not exist in Treta Yuga, as it is considered a time of high spiritual development but with less emphasis on material technology, where people are believed to have had advanced mental abilities like telepathy and the ability to manifest things directly with their thoughts, rendering the need for complex communication devices obsolete; essentially, the “internet” of Treta Yuga would be a form of interconnected consciousness rather than a physical network.

Mental Internet in other yugas

Yes there definately was an consciousness internet and there was inter planetary travel also.

Sanjay saw in Hastinapur palace, what was happening in the battle at kurukshetra. It was a device like TV only. Through internet only all the pictures were transferred. Even Gods contacted some persons on earth like Indra contacted king Dasharath for help in a war or Arjun went to heavens to learn some shastra Vidya also Bhishma was taken to heavens to study his lassons with sage Parshuram. There are many more examples in scriptures where long distance msg were possible and it can be through internet only.

If we can invent internet today, definately our ancestors must have invented it in their time also.we have same DNA as them so we should have no doubt about their knowledge.( but their mental scale and coinciousness was so strong that it was like telepathy)

Did ancient India has Internet

Yes it was called the “ethernet” – ĀKĀŚA.

The great thing about it was that people used to bilocate, astrally project and time-travel, and pass the time in clairvoyance, clairaudience and all the other delightful para-normal stuff.

So none of this tiresome typing on keyboards and purchasing of plastic apparatuses containing precious metals mined in environmentally destructive ways, which continually need upgrading – all while just sitting at home on a cushion, or on a mountain top there is even better reception

There was no need for any concrete set ups like wires, poles etc to establish communication in those days. They had mystic powers (such as divya drushti) etc. In Mahabharat, usually the dwelling place of Sage Vyas was Badarika vanam. But he used to appear before Pandavas and Kauravas within seconds, advise them suitably and disappear in the same way. Though he was very busy with his spiritual activities, he used to watch through divya drishti what was happening in Hastinapur. This is not a technology, but super power which cannot be explained by science

What happens during Treta Yuga?

In Treta yuga, human beings were extremely dutiful, moral, and compassionate toward their fellow living beings. They lived life spans up to 10,000 years

Satya , Treta , Dwapara and Kali are four yugas in Vedic Astronomy by which time is measured . Each yuga has its characteristic by which it influences life on earth . Climate of the earth , continents , mountain & seas , plant & animal life , every thing changes as per the yuga . DNA of human of every yuga has its unique features . These features affect strength of the body , mind & prana . Bodies in earlier yugas could manifest more powers of the mind than in current Kaliyuga , dark age .

Out of these four , Tretayuga is time where humanity was at its peak in knowledge , technology & body-mind powers

Tretayuga was age of great Kings like Rama , Ravana , Parashurama , Sahasrarjuna , great sages like Vasistha , Vishvamitra , Parashuram who invented higher & higher knowledge from Vedas . They developed all technology by constant efforts which is called Yagya . And thus they say Yagyas were at peak in Tretayuga . This was the time where great and tall stone structures were built across the earth which still stands of changing time

What Are the Yugas?

In the West people often view time as linear, with the future being more evolved than the past. In India, however, time is viewed a cyclical, that people slowly evolve, then slowly devolve, only to slowly evolve again. This is called the “yuga cycle,” and it is divided into four different “yugas” or ages. The highest age is Satya Yuga, then Treta Yuga, then Dwapara Yuga, and the least evolved age is Kali Yuga.

Treta Yuga — The Age of Thought

In Treta Yuga, we recognize that everything is interconnected. We will have strong mental powers such as telekinesis, mental telepathy, and the ability to manifest whatever we need. If there is any war, it will not be widespread; most people will be peace-loving and compassionate. It will not necessarily be more technologically advanced than Dwapara Yuga, just more spiritually advanced. Being more spiritually advanced and able to manifest at will whatever we need, we may actually leave technology behind and choose to live more simply and naturally.
