Do we enter a parellel universe when we die

Some believe that when we die, we enter a new parallel universe where we are alive. This theory could explain things like glitches, the Mandela effect, and astral projection. However, according to Big Think, there is no data to suggest that parallel universes exist

According to a Quora user, we will not reincarnate into the same body or go to other parallel universes until our soul has learned enough to graduate from our present universe. The user also believes that the soul must experience a situation from many perspectives to understand what is good or evil.

Some scientists have analyzed data in search of evidence for other universes, but no statistically significant evidence has been found

The overriding idea here is that, yes, we enter a parallel universe when we die. There are variations on the theme, but in general it goes that when we die our consciousness – or some other key aspect to our being – simply moves from one universe (this universe) to another

Do we enter a parellel universe when we sleep

There’s no scientific proof that we travel to other dimensions when we sleep, but some theories suggest that dreams and lucid dreaming may provide windows into alternate realities. Dreams are a complex mixture of emotions and experiences that can include unfamiliar faces and places. The surreal and nonsensical nature of dreams can prompt speculation about the nature of reality and the boundaries of possibility. For example, in a dream, the laws of physics and reality seem to be suspended, allowing for otherwise impossible scenarios

One hypothesis proposes that our universe is just one of many parallel universes, each with its own set of physical laws and possibilities. Some theories suggest that the bizarre happenings in dreams align with the principles of quantum physics.

Many researchers have explained that our mind consists of two categories: “imaginary” and “reality”. We experience the imaginary part in our dreams while we think about the actual part during our daily conscious life.

The exploration of dreams, lucid dreaming, and accessing other dimensions has immense potential for various fields, including psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and metaphysics.

Death and sleep have many similarities and differences

Here are some differences between sleep and death:

  • Brain activity: During sleep, the brain is still active, with neurons firing and metabolizing. During death, there is minimal or no brain activity.
  • Consciousness: During sleep, consciousness shuts down, but the brain is still active. Death is the loss of consciousness for an extended period of time.
  • State of being: Deep sleep is a state of being, while death is not.
  • Spiritual state: Death involves a spiritual state of existence.
  • State beyond the mind: Some say that meditation is the art of learning to die consciously. Meditation can cause a person to lose body consciousness and reach a state beyond the mind.

According to materialist science, death is a state of nothingness. However, some teachers speak of a state of consciousness without an object that follows physical death

Astral travel and meditation

Astral travel, or astral projection, is an intentional out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of a subtle body called the astral body, or body of light. This body allows consciousness to function separately from the physical body and travel throughout the astral plane.

Sadhguru defines astral travel as leaving the physical body, mental body, energy body, and bliss body intact, and allowing the etheric body to float around. This means that you can still conduct physical activity in the world because your physical body, mental body, and energy body are intact. However, Sadhguru also says that there is a lot of talk about astral journeys nowadays, and that people lie down and imagine that they are flying here and there. This is not astral travel, but a hallucination.

Astral projection is an out-of-body experience (OBE) that involves seeing the physical body in an external visual space. OBEs are hallucinatory visual experiences that can be associated with: Psychiatric disorders, Brain dysfunctions, Pharmacological agents, and Altered psychological states.

Astral projection can also be a symptom of dissociative disorder.

Some writers conflate the astral plane with heaven or paradise or union with God itself, and others do not. Paramahansa Yogananda wrote in Autobiography of a Yogi (1946), “The astral universe … is hundreds of times larger than the material universe”

Meditation is a practice that involves using techniques to train attention and awareness, and achieve a calm and stable state. It can involve focusing on a particular object, thought, or activity, such as mindfulness. Meditation is practiced in many religious traditions, including Jainism, Buddhism, and Hinduism

Meditation may help to:

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain
  • Enhance peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being
  • Increase awareness and acceptance of thoughts and feelings
  • Promote a sense of calm

Here are some meditation techniques:

  • Mindfulness This involves being present, resting in the here and now, and fully engaged with whatever you’re doing in the moment.
  • Guided meditation This involves forming mental images of places or things that help you relax. You may be led through this process by a guide or teacher.
  • Mantra meditation This involves repeating a sacred sound, word, or phrase to focus the mind and promote relaxation.
  • Body scan This involves scanning your body for pain, tension, or anything out of the ordinary.

Silver cord that connects soul to the physical body

In metaphysical studies and literature, the silver cord is a linkage between the higher self (atma) and the physical body. It’s also known as the sutratma or life thread of the antahkarana

The silver cord is mentioned by mystics, especially in contexts of dying and of near-death experiences. It is said that the cord must remain connected to the astral and the physical bodies during the projection because if it breaks, the projector will die

Concept of moksha

Moksha is a concept in Indian philosophy and religion that means liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth, or samsara. The term comes from the Sanskrit word muc, which means “to free”. Moksha is also known as apavarga and mokṣa

Moksha is an important aspect of many world religions, including Buddhism, Jainism, and Hinduism. In Hinduism, moksha is the ultimate goal of an individual. Moksha is achieved through meditation, self-realization, and living according to the teachings of one’s religion.

Moksha can be attained while one is on earth (jivanmukti), or eschatologically (karmamukti, videhamukti). In Hinduism, moksha is release from samsara and liberation from karma together with the attainment of Nirvana. In Jainism, moksha is kaivalya.

In the Gita, moksha is delight in the self, contentment with the self, selfrealization, and self-fulfillment. It is free from moral obligations. As stated in the Gita, liberated person neither acts nor causes others to act. The liberated person may work for the good of humanity without moral obligation

Nde experience of parellel universe

Here are some experiences of other parallel universes:

  • Near-death experiences (NDEs) These are personal experiences that can be associated with death or impending death. Some survivors report feeling ineffable, peaceful, or seeing a tunnel. Others have reported being in a light, floating, or visiting heaven. NDEs can also include feelings of detachment, levitation, serenity, security, warmth, joy, or seeing dead relatives. Negative NDEs can include feelings of anguish, distress, or devastation.
  • Parallel universes These are hypothetical planes of existence that coexist with our own. The sum of all potential parallel universes is called the multiverse. In fiction, parallel universes include heaven, hell, Olympus, and Valhalla. The concept of parallel universes also appears in ancient Hindu mythology, where the Puranas describes an infinite number of universes, each with its own gods.

Nde experiences of white light

Near-death experiences (NDEs) are psychic experiences that can occur during life-threatening conditions. Some NDE experiences include seeing bright white lights, experiencing an out-of-body experience (OBE), or feeling a sense of peace. Some scientists believe that a surge in brain activity during cardiac arrest may cause people to see white light during an NDE. This sudden increase in brain activity may be due to reperfusion, which causes the overproduction of free radicals that can temporarily enhance bioluminescent biophotons in the brain.

Reincarnation

Reincarnation, also known as rebirth or transmigration, is the idea that a living being’s non-physical essence begins a new life in a different body after death. It’s most common in East and South Asian traditions, but it also appears in other religions

Reincarnation is the idea of “taking on the flesh again”. For example, Hindus believe that each person has an eternal soul that is reborn multiple times in different physical forms. This cycle of rebirth is known as samsara, and Hindus believe that the soul will eventually achieve freedom from this cycle. The process of reincarnation includes:

  • Birth: The eternal soul takes on a physical body.
  • Death: The physical body dies and the soul moves on to a new embodied form.

Reincarnation has been a mystery that has puzzled the human mind since the beginning of mankind. Théodore Flournoy was one of the first to study a claim of past-life recall, and in 1900 he published his investigation of the medium Hélène Smith. Carl Gustav Jung also studied cryptomnesia in psychism, and later emphasized the importance of the persistence of memory and ego in the psychological study of reincarnation

The whole article says and the conclusion is that we take birth die and reincarnate this is a cycle we must focus on doing well beings of our planet earth and the message of love and good karmas must be spread in world so that we can have peace and we can attain our spritual growth
